Resolution No. 255 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at various locations. Resolution No. 256 awarding the bid to Pad Business Forms in connection with the Printing and Mailing of Water Meter Cards for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 257 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services to provide Boiler & Machinery Insurance coverage through Travelers Property Casualty Company of America. Resolution No. 258 authorizing the acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services to provide a Camp Accident Policy through Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company. Resolution No. 259 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the South Colonie Central School District for providing a Town Police Officer to act as a School Resource Officer. Resolution No. 260 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Renewal Agreement with North Colonie Central School District in regards to 211 Old Niskayuna Road. Resolution No. 261 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with the Library Capital Improvement Project. Resolution No. 262 awarding the bid to ANJO Construction in connection with the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Repair Program for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 263 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at Shaker El and Albany Shaker Road by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same.
