Resolution No. 239 of 2019 Resolution adopting/not adopting the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Colonie. Public Hearing in connection with the Town of Colonie’s 2019 Annual Entitlement Action Plan and authorizing the Supervisor to submit said plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and to execute all related documents pertaining to the CDBG, HOME and Section 8 Programs. Resolution No. 240 of 2019 Resolution adopting the Town of Colonie’s 2019 Annual Entitlement Action Plan and authorizing the Supervisor to submit said plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and to execute all related documents pertaining to the CDBG, HOME and Section 8 Programs. Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 241 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Colonie Youth Center, Inc. in connection with providing scholarships for the School-Age childcare programs. Resolution No. 242 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Colonie Senior Services Center, Inc. in connection with providing scholarships for the adult day care program. Resolution No. 243 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 36 Margaret Drive and 26 Runnel Drive. Resolution No. 244 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with a water main break at 24 Vermont View Drive and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 245 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an amendment to the existing Contractor Agreement with Troy Industrial Solutions, Inc. to increase the expenditure limit for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 246 calling a public hearing in regard to the recommendation for the Open Development Area located at 14 Colonial Green. Resolution No. 247 calling a public hearing in regard to the Planning Board recommendation for the proposed amendment of the Hoffman Senior Housing PDD. Resolution No. 248 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Ground Lease Agreement with Global Signal Acquisitions III, LLC in connection with the Colonie Landfill Replacement Cellular Tower. Resolution No. 249 awarding the bid to Synergy IT Solutions in connection with the purchase of computer back up equipment at the Public Safety Center. Resolution No. 250 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with American Concert and Entertainment Services of Troy in connection with rental services for various items to be used by various Town Departments.
