Resolution No. 224 of 2019 Resolution adopting/not adopting the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Colonie. Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 225 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation. Resolution No. 226 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement with Barton & Loguidice in connection with the engineering services for the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Roof Ladder Access Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 227 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement with CHA in connection with the engineering services for the Burns Whitney Area Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project Study for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 228 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an amendment to the existing Contractor Agreement with Spring Electric, Inc. to increase the expenditure limit in connection with the Menands Metering Pit for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 229 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with one (1) dump truck for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 230 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Change Order with Subsurface Technologies, Inc. in connection with the Redevelopment of Well #3 at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant. Resolution No. 231 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 12 Harold Avenue. Resolution No. 232 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with LED Lighting Upgrades and Replacements at the Pruyn House Complex. Resolution No. 233 awarding the bid for Asphalt Concrete Materials F.O.B. Plant for the DPW/Division of Highway for Year 2019. Resolution No. 234 awarding the bid to New Castle Paving, LLC in connection with In Place Asphalt Concrete Paving for the year 2019 and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same. Resolution No. 235 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Colonie Youth Center, Inc. for School-Age childcare programs for the youth of the Town of Colonie. Resolution No. 236 awarding the bid to United Power System in connection with the UPS Battery Replacement for the Police Department and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same. Resolution No. 237 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider an open development area at a portion of 15 Wolf Road (Colonie Center).
