Public Hearing in connection with the proposed local law amending Section 190-22 (Accessory Dwelling Annual Permit Renewal Fee) of the Town Code. Resolution No. 207 of 2019 Resolution adopting/not adopting a proposed local law amending Section 190- 22 (Accessory Dwelling Annual Permit Renewal Fee) of the Town Code. Resolutions Resolution No. 208 appointing Steven Girvin as a member of the Town of Colonie Board of Assessment Review. Resolution No. 209 pursuant to ยง219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list of all volunteer members of the S.W. Pitts Hose Company, Inc. submitted and certified under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2018. Resolution No. 210 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at various locations. Resolution No. 211 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the 30โ€ Raw Water Line at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 212 awarding the bid to Rozell East, Inc. in connection with the Sulfuric Acid Day Tank Replacement at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 213 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an amendment to the existing Contractor Service Agreement with Matco Electric Corporation to increase the expenditure limit for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 214 awarding the bid to Tracy Road Equipment, Inc. in connection with the purchase of one (1) new 2019 Step Van for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 215 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement with CHA in connection with engineering services for the Pure Waters Collection Garage Project Study. Resolution No. 216 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with B&L Control Services, Inc. in connection with the chemical treatment services of two (2) cooling towers at the Public Operations and Public Safety Facilities. Resolution No. 217 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Engineering Service Agreement with Control Point Associates, Inc. in connection with the Town Wide Surveying Services for 2019. Resolution No. 220 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with S.W. Pitts Hose Company of Latham, NY, Inc. in connection with Continuing Medical Education Recertification Program. Resolution No. 221 amending Resolution No. 321 for 2018 awarding the bid to North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, Inc. for two (2) new ambulances for the Emergency Medical Services Department. Resolution No. 222 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with the City of Troy in connection with Tactical Team Joint Services with the Police Department.
