      Resolution No. 158 correcting the Human Resources Director hourly rate of pay.

      Resolution No. 159 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
      usage at 6 Granito Drive and 4 Jones Drive.

      Resolution No. 160 awarding the bid to Tracy Road Equipment, Inc. in connection with
      the purchase of a new 2019 Step Van for for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and
      authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids for another 2019 Step Van.

      Resolution No. 161 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
      connection with backup hardware for the Public Safety Building.

      Resolution No. 162 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Audio-
      Video Corporation in connection with the replacement of the audio system at the Public
      Operations Building.

      Resolution No. 163 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Hitech
      Systems, Inc. (d/b/a Pulsiam) in connection with Computer Aided Dispatch and Records
      Management Systems at the Police Department.

      Resolution No. 164 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Memorandum of
      Understanding with Stanford Heights Fire District in connection with the Town’s use and
      occupancy of a portion of the real property located at 2238 Central Avenue.

      Resolution No. 165 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Renewal Agreement with
      Peckham Road Corp. in connection with the In Place Recycled Base Course.

      Resolution No. 166 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Renewal Agreement with
      A. Colarusso & Sons, Inc. in connection with the Cold Milling of Bituminous Concrete.

      Resolution No. 167 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Renewal Agreement with
      Anjo Construction in connection with the Storm Water Drainage System Yearly
      Construction & Reconstruction Program.
Resolution No. 168 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Renewal Agreement with
Core & Main LP in connection with PVC Polyvinal Chloride Pipe & Fittings.

Resolution No. 169 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
connection with replacement Uninterrupted Power Supply units at the Police Department.

Resolution No. 170 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Johnson
Controls in connection with providing equipment and services to the fire alarm
monitoring system at the Colonie Town Library.

Resolution No. 171 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement granting New
York State the authority to make adjustments to water valves in connection with the
pavement maintenance on State owned highways in the Town of Colonie.

Resolution No. 172 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
connection with the storm water improvement relative to the Hudson Mohawk Bike Path
Rehabilitation Project.

Resolution No. 173 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation.
