Jason DePaulo by Dominic Macherone from NYS Governor’s Traffic Safety Council Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 493 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to Land Use Review Fees and adopting a new Planning and Economic Development Land Use Review Fee Schedule for 2019 to include fees for the acquisition, maintenance and improvement of Open Space. Resolution No. 494 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into 3 year maintenance agreements with Physio Control for the EMS and Police departments’ heart monitors and defibrillators. Resolution No. 495 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to the fee schedule for the Emergency Medical Services Department and adopting a new fee schedule for the Emergency Medical Services Department. Resolution No. 496 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with the remounting of a light duty rescue box on a new Chevy chassis for the Emergency Medical Services Department. Resolution No. 497 awarding the bid for EMS Medical Supplies for the year 2019. Resolution No. 498 adopting a new fee schedule for the Division of Pure Waters for the year 2019. Resolution No. 499 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 2 for the Omnipoint (T-Mobile) Miller Road Water Tank Telecommunications Lease Agreement. Resolution No. 500 awarding the bid to BPI Mechanical Services and Eckert Mechanical for HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repairs for the year 2019 for various Town facilities and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same. Resolution No. 501 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids/RFP’s in connection with goods and services during 2019. Resolution No. 502 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements with various companies in connection with the provision of maintenance and/or repair of equipment and facilities for various departments as needed in 2019. Resolution No. 503 authorizing the Supervisor to execute rental agreements to enable various departments and divisions to rent equipment during 2019. Resolution No. 504 awarding the bids for Industrial Chemicals to Thatcher Company of New York, Surpass Chemical, Polydyne, Inc. and Holland Chemical. Resolution No. 505 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an amendment with HiTech Systems, Inc. in connection with the Software Maintenance and Support Service Agreement. Resolution No. 506 authorizing the acquisition of various Town equipment for Emergency Services, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $397,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 507 authorizing the acquisition of various Town equipment, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $553,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 508 authorizing the undertaking of various highway and street reconstruction and paving projects in the Town of Colonie, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,700,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 509 authorizing the undertaking of the construction, reconstruction, renovation and installation of improvements for the Pruyn House, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $250,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 510 authorizing the reconstruction of a salt shed at the Highway garage in the Town of Colonie, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,500,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 511 authorizing the construction, reconstruction, renovation and installation of improvements to various storm sewer systems in the Town of Colonie, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $500,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 512 authorizing the undertaking of improvements to various Town facilities, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $303,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 513 authorizing the undertaking of various building improvements to the EMS Station in the Town, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $300,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 514 authorizing the acquisition of various Town highway and facilities machinery and apparatus, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $863,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 515 authorizing the construction, reconstruction, renovation and installation of improvements to the Latham Water District, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,530,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 516 authorizing the financing of upgrades to the Town’s public safety radio communications system and wireless mobile data radio system in the Town of Colonie, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $300,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 517 authorizing the construction, reconstruction, renovation and installation of improvements to the Pure Waters District, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,520,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor.
