Resolution No. 334 authorizing the issuance of revenue anticipation notes and renewal notes of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,000,000. Resolution No. 335 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Oak Grove Technologies in connection with the use of the police range. Resolution No. 336 authorizing the Police Department to purchase an Untrained Dual Purpose Capable Police Service Dog from Shallow Creek Kennels, Inc. Resolution No. 337 authorizing Edwin Tucker Cox, Jr., Sanitary Engineer in the DPW/Division of Pure Waters, to take leave without pay. Resolution No. 338 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 1361 Central Avenue by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 339 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1E to Contract 2 with Spring Electric, Inc. in connection with the Wolf Road Pumping Station Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 340 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the North Colonie Central School District for providing a Town Police Officer to act as a School Resource Officer. Resolution No. 341 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 with C.T. Male Associates in connection with additional engineering services for the Stony Creek Dam & Reservoir Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 342 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 with Peter Luizzi & Bros Contracting, Inc. in connection with the Water Distribution System Replacement Project. Resolution No. 343 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 26 Eastern Avenue. Resolution No. 344 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a 36 month Agreement with Direct Energy Business to provide natural gas supply for various Town facilities with National Grid accounts as part of the MEGA, Municipal Electric & Gas Alliance. Resolution No. 345 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to provide automobile insurance coverage for the Town of Colonie through Selective Insurance Company of New York. Resolution No. 346 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to provide excess automobile insurance coverage for the Town of Colonie through The Travelers Indemnity Company. Resolution No. 347 accepting the dedication of a portion of Nantucket Street and Harbor Lane in the Shelter Cove PDD Phase 3A Subdivision.
