Resolution No. 316 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Shufelt Group, LLC in connection with the Veteran’s database and website maintenance. Resolution No. 317 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Colonie Youth Center, Inc. in connection with providing scholarships for the School-Age childcare programs. Resolution No. 318 authorizing the amending of the Deferred Compensation Plan for Employees of the Town of Colonie by adopting the amended Model Plan. Resolution No. 319 awarding the bid to AFSCO Fence Supply Co. in connection with the Fence Repair/Replacement Project and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 320 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation. Resolution No. 321 awarding the bid to North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, Inc. for Two (2) new ambulances for the Emergency Medical Services Department. Resolution No. 322 authorizing the Supervisor to sign and enter into an agreement with Albany Medical Center for the purchase of medications for the EMS Department. Resolution No. 329 declaring Ronald Drive to be surplus property and authorizing the sale of same subject to Section 90 of the New York State Town Law. Resolution No. 330 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 331 awarding the bid to Hudson Valley Audio Video in connection with the AV Upgrade for the Fire Training Center for 2018 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same.
