Public Hearing in connection to Section 202b of the Town Law of the State of New York in
relation to the proposed Albany-Shaker Road Pump Station Rehabilitation Project.

       Resolution No. 232 of 2018
       Resolution approving the project pursuant to Section 202b of the Town Law of the State
       of New York in relation to the proposed Albany-Shaker Road Pump Station
       Rehabilitation Project.

Public Hearing in connection with the Town of Colonie’s 2018 Annual Entitlement Action Plan
and authorizing the Supervisor to submit said plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development and to execute all related documents pertaining to the CDBG, HOME and
Section 8 Programs.

       Resolution adopting/not adopting the Town of Colonie’s 2018 Annual Entitlement Action

H.T. Lyons, Inc. in connection with the Lisha Kill Pumping Station Rehabilitation Project.

Resolution No. 237 authorizing Ryan Blake, Sewage Treatment Plant Operator Trainee in the
DPW/Division of Pure Waters, to take leave without pay.

Resolution No. 238 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection
to the Low Lift Pump Station and Inlet Structure Improvements.

Resolution No. 239 awarding the bid to Pad Business Forms for the Printing and Mailing of
Water Meter Cards for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 240 awarding the bid to F.W. Webb, Ferguson Waterworks and Core & Main LP
for Pipe, Fittings and Hydrants for 2018.

Resolution No. 241 authorizing the General Services Director to award the bid to Carbon
Activated Corp. in connection with the granular activated carbon filter media removal and
replacement at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the DPW/Division of Latham
Water and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same.

Resolution No. 242 Making Determination of Significance under the State Environmental
Quality Review Act for the Proposed Approval and Adoption of the Town of Colonie Planning
Unit Solid Waste Management Plan.

Resolution No. 243 To Approve and Adopt the Town of Colonie Planning Unit Solid Waste
Management Plan.

Resolution No. 244 scheduling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law
amending Chapter 181 of the Code of the Town of Colonie – “Vehicle & Traffic Codification”
by amending Schedule V – “Stop Intersections”.

Resolution No. 245 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with C.T. Male
Associates in connection with the West Albany Storm Retention Dam & Dike and the Lake
Ridge Dam.

Resolution No. 246 amending the 2018 Seasonal Manning Chart for the Parks and Recreation
Department.

Resolution No. 247 temporarily appointing Lawrence P. Magguilli as a Marriage Officer
pursuant to §11-c of the Domestic Relations Law.
Resolution No. 248 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the
same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

Resolution No. 249 authorizing the Supervisor, in consultation with the DPW/Division of

delinquent water bills.
