Resolutions

Resolution No. 176 Final Resolution, Order and Determination pursuant to Article 12A of the
Town Law of the State of New York in relation to the establishment of Extension No. 166 to the
Latham Water District in the Town of Colonie, County of Albany, State of New York.

Resolution No. 177 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for
payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation.

Resolution No. 178 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list of all
volunteer members of the Maplewood Volunteer Fire Department submitted and certified under
oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have qualified for
credit under the Service Award Program for 2017.

Resolution No. 179 calling a public hearing in connection with the Town of Colonie’s
Community Development Block Grant and HOME Programs.

Resolution No. 180 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with CHA Consulting,
Inc. in connection with the preparation of the Town’s Final Local Solid Waste Management Plan
to be submitted to the NYSDEC.

Resolution No. 181 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the
same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

Resolution No. 182 calling a public hearing in regard to the Planning Board recommendation for
the proposed amendment of the Shaker Pointe at Carondelet PDD.
Resolution No. 183 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a renewal Concession Agreement
with Martels at the T of C Golf Course, LLC.

Resolution No. 184 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an amendment to the existing
Contractor Service Agreement with Chlorinator & Instrument Services to increase the
expenditure limit for use at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant and various Town
facilities.

Resolution No. 185 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage for
the Village of Colonie.

Resolution No. 186 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection
with the Water Line Replacement on NYS Route 9 from 640 Loudon Road to Maxwell Road for
the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 187 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Engineering Services Agreement
with O’Brien & Gere in connection with the SCADA Support for 2018.

Resolution No. 188 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Application for Dispensation for
Hours on behalf of Peter Luizzi & Brothers Contracting in connection with the Water
Distribution System Replacement Project-Maxwell Road and NYS Route 9.

Resolution No. 189 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to adopting a Town of Colonie
Travel Policy and adopting a new Travel Policy.

Resolution No. 190 awarding the bid for Turf Products for the year 2018 for the Parks &
Recreation Department.

Resolution No. 191 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Affordable
Housing Partnership of the Capital Region in connection with providing foreclosure prevention
education services to residents.

Resolution No. 192 awarding the bid for Vehicle and Equipment Parts for the
DPW/Highway/Fleet Maintenance Department and authorizing the General Services Director to
reject and re-advertise for bids for Aftermarket Vehicle Suspension and Jeep, Dodge and
Chrysler parts.
