Zdrahal Professional Engineering, PLLC in connection with preparing an Engineering
Assessment Report for the Lake Ridge Dam at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00.

Unit D in connection with hiring Public Safety Communications Project Assistants.

Agreement with UPSEU Unit E.

with EMS Unit E.

Agreement with R.M. Dalrymple Company, Inc. in connection with two UST Inspections
and Cathodic Testing at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant and to be used by
various Town departments.

Agreement with Nationwide Power Solutions, Inc. to increase the expenditure limit to a
total of $10,000.00.
Resolution No. 442 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Memorandum of Agreement
with the UPSEU Administrative Unit G to extend the COVID-19 Response Bonus and
Health Care Worker Retention Bonus to the Emergency Medical Services Assistant
Chiefs and Captains.

Resolution No. 443 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
Cantaloupe in connection with the activation of the credit card machine for the golf ball
dispenser at the golf course.
