Resolution No. 401 awarding the bid to North American Rescue, LLC in connection with the purchase of Enhanced Trauma Aid Kits for the Police Department. Resolution No. 402 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of the Canterbury Crossings PDD. Resolution No. 403 calling a public hearing in connection with a Restore NY Grant to assist with the redevelopment of 6 Northway Lane. Resolution No. 404 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with FieldTurf USA, Inc. in connection with coating the surface of the basketball courts and pickleball courts at the Kiwanis Park for the Parks & Recreation Department. Resolution No. 409 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with K5 Corporation in connection with the striping of Town roads. Resolution No. 410 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Kleen H2O Services, LLC in connection with the maintenance of chlorination equipment at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant and to be used by various Town departments. Resolution No. 418 authorizing the payment of a claim to Fred Young. Resolution No. 419 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital District Physicians Health Plan in connection with providing health insurance to Town employees for 2023. Resolution No. 420 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Amendment of the Tower Lease Agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless in connection with wireless telecommunications equipment on a tower located at 312 Wolf Road. Resolution No. 421 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Participation Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Resolution No. 422 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Sale & Purchase Agreements with the North Colonie Central School District and South Colonie School District in connection with the supply of salt for use during the winter season of 2022/2023.
