      Resolution No. 400 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
      PropertyRoom.com, Inc. in connection with the auction and sale of surplus personal
      property in the possession of the Colonie Police Department.

       Resolution No. 401 awarding the bid to North American Rescue, LLC in connection with
       the purchase of Enhanced Trauma Aid Kits for the Police Department.

       Resolution No. 402 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
       review and consider the proposed amendment of the Canterbury Crossings PDD.

       Resolution No. 403 calling a public hearing in connection with a Restore NY Grant to
       assist with the redevelopment of 6 Northway Lane.

       Resolution No. 404 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with FieldTurf
       USA, Inc. in connection with coating the surface of the basketball courts and pickleball
       courts at the Kiwanis Park for the Parks & Recreation Department.

       Resolution No. 405 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Agreements with Hudson
       Valley Community College, Regional Emergency Medical Organization and Albany
       Medical Center and College in connection with allowing students to ride with the
       Emergency Medical Service Department for educational purposes.

       Resolution No. 406 appointing Andrew Curry to the Energy Conservation Committee.

       Resolution No. 407 awarding bid to Amber Heritage Electric in connection with the
       Pruyn House Lighting Project Phase 2 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an
       agreement for same.
Resolution No. 408 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 3 to the
Engineering Agreement with GHD Consulting Services, Inc. in connection with the
Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project.

Resolution No. 409 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with K5
Corporation in connection with the striping of Town roads.

Resolution No. 410 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
Agreement with Kleen H2O Services, LLC in connection with the maintenance of
chlorination equipment at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant and to be used by
various Town departments.

Resolution No. 411 authorizing the General Services Director to issue a Request for
Proposals in connection with Forest Management Services for the Latham Water
District’s Stony Creek Reservoir.

Resolution No. 412 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Processing Service
Agreement with PayPal through Invoice Cloud to accept online bill payments for water
bills.

Resolution No. 413 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an annual Stormwater
Coalition Intermunicipal Agreement for the year 2023.

Resolution No. 414 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with
Johnson Controls, Inc. in connection with the ADS Software at the William K. Sanford
Town Library.

Resolution No. 415 authorizing the Supervisor to execute the Second Amendment to the
Osborne Road Standpipe Lease Agreement with T-Mobile Northeast.

Resolution No. 416 appointing Robert Higgins to the Employee Assistance Program
Committee.

Resolution No. 417 calling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law of
the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 190 of the Town Code
regarding the Table of Permitted Uses.

Resolution No. 418 authorizing the payment of a claim to Fred Young.

Resolution No. 419 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital
District Physicians Health Plan in connection with providing health insurance to Town
employees for 2023.

Resolution No. 420 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Amendment of the Tower
Lease Agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless in connection with
wireless telecommunications equipment on a tower located at 312 Wolf Road.
Resolution No. 421 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Participation Agreement with
JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

Resolution No. 422 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Sale & Purchase Agreements
with the North Colonie Central School District and South Colonie School District in
connection with the supply of salt for use during the winter season of 2022/2023.

Resolution No. 423 amending the Highway Fee Schedule to include milling tailings.

Resolution No. 424 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with New
York Power Authority for electric supply for various Town facilities.
