Donahue Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 254 authorizing the acceptance of a donation from CapCom in support of community service events for the Police Department. Resolution No. 255 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Stellar NY in connection with face painting services for the Colonie Police Department Community Services’ 5K event. Resolution No. 256 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. in connection with the Colonie EMS developing materials and trainings for mental health, wellness and resiliency of first responders exposed to workplace trauma. Resolution No. 257 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids for a 2022 or newer Ford F150 truck to be used by the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 258 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Professional Service Agreement with CHA in connection with the Brookhill Drive area, Boght Road and Troy-Schenectady Road Water Main Replacement Project for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 259 awarding the bid to Core & Main, LP in connection with the purchase of 8” ductile iron pipe in connection with the Brookhill Drive, Cascade Terrace and Ashford Lane Water Main Replacement Project. Resolution No. 260 authorizing the General Services Director to approve contract renewals and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into service agreements with diverse vendors in connection with various goods and services for 2022. Resolution No. 261 authorizing the Supervisor to extend the current property insurance policy with Travelers Property Casualty Company of America. Resolution No. 262 awarding the bid to Complete Perfection Roofing in connection with purchase and installation of a new roof on the Town Pool Chlorine Building and Town Park Pavilion #2 for the Parks & Recreation Department and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same. Resolution No. 263 awarding the bid to AFSCO Fence in connection with the Latham Kiwanis Park Fence project and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same. Resolution No. 264 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Johnson Controls in connection with monitoring the fire alarm system at the William K. Sanford Library. Resolution No. 265 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 266 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with B&L Control Services, Inc. in connection with the required chemical treatment services of two (2) cooling towers at the Public Operations and Public Safety facilities. Resolution No. 267 awarding the bid to Cummins, Inc. in connection with generator maintenance for various Town locations for 2022 and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same. Resolution No. 268 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Fleet Pump & Service Group, Inc. in connection with the installation and repair of water and wastewater process equipment at various Town locations. Resolution No. 269 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with New York State Energy Research and Development Authority in connection with the Clean Energy Communities Program. Resolution No. 270 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with New York StateWide Senior Action Council, Inc. in connection with providing health insurance counseling to Town residents. Resolution No. 271 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with New York StateWide Senior Action Council, Inc. in connection with publishing twelve (12) informational articles in the Senior Resources monthly newsletter. Resolution No. 272 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees at the Colonie Town Pool and adopting a new resolution establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees at the Colonie Town Pool for 2022 and authorizing the Supervisor to make appointments to such positions. Resolution No. 273 appointing Chris Rueckert as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
