Resolution No. 122 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 123 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with the purchase of playground mulch. Resolution No. 124 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees in various Town departments and adopting a new resolution establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees in various Town Departments for 2022 and authorizing the Supervisor to make appointments to such positions. Resolution No. 125 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with Customs and Border Protection to allow access to the Police Range and Training Facility. Resolution No. 126 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the New York State Attorney General’s Office to allow access to the Police Range and Training Facility. Resolution No. 127 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the Federal Environmental Protection Agency to allow access to the Police Range and Training Facility. Resolution No. 128 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with Schuyler Meadows Club, Inc. in connection with the annual D.A.R.E. Golf Tournament. Resolution No. 129 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a renewal agreement with Joseph E. Mastrianni, Inc. in connection with the administration of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. Resolution No. 130 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with the 12” pressure reducing valve in the Upper Route 155 Pressure Reducing Valve Pit for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 131 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Engineering Service Agreement with Barton & Loguidice in connection with the storm water infrastructure flooding project at Kings Road and Michael Drive. Resolution No. 132 authorizing the implementation, and funding in the first instance 100% of the federal-aid and State “Marchiselli” Program-aid eligible costs, of a transportation federal-aid project, and appropriating funds therefore. Resolution No. 133 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Engineering Service Agreement with Barton & Loguidice in connection with providing design services for the Latham Kiwanis Memorial Park Reconfiguration Project. Resolution No. 134 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Professional Service Agreements with Advanced Engineering & Surveying, PLLC and Control Point Associates, Inc. in connection with Town Wide Surveying services for the year 2022. Resolution No. 135 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Engineering Services Agreement with Advanced Engineering & Surveying, PLLC in connection with improvements to existing tennis courts and parking lot at the Colonie Mohawk River Park. Resolution No. 136 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the Friends of the Pruyn House for the maintenance of the Pruyn House for 2022. Resolution No. 137 rescinding Resolution No. 5 for 2022 and authorizing Rosemary Newton to act as Personnel Officer until such time as a new Personnel Officer is Appointed by the Town Board.
