Resolution No. 95 authorizing Jessica Loveland, Library Page PT, in the Library, to take leave without pay. Resolution No. 96 calling a public hearing pursuant to Article 12A of the New York State Town Law in relation to the establishment of Extension No. 170 to the Latham Water District. Resolution No. 97 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Friends of the Pruyn House and North Colonie Central School District in regards to the “Henkes Site”. Resolution No. 98 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider the proposed rezoning of a parcel of land located at 4232 Albany Street from Industrial (IND) to Single Family Residential (SFR). Resolution No. 99 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with Pittsfield Communications Systems, Inc. in connection with the maintenance of the Public Safety radio system for the Police Department. Resolution No. 100 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. in connection with maintenance of the door entry systems at the Public Safety Building. Resolution No. 101 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with Hancock Cleaning Fire and Maintenance in connection with the inspection of range hood fire suppression systems. Resolution No. 102 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. to provide Excess General Liability Insurance coverage through Vantapro Specialty Insurance Company. Resolution No. 103 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. to provide Primary Public Officials Liability, Excess Public Officials Liability and Excess Employment Practices Liability insurance coverage through Greenwich Insurance Company and Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company, respectively. Resolution No. 104 calling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law of the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 62 of the Town Code. Resolution No. 105 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 106 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list of all volunteer members of the Shaker Road-Loudonville Fire Department submitted and certified under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2021. Resolution No. 107 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list of all volunteer members of the Fuller Road Fire Department submitted and certified under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2021. Resolution No. 108 amending Resolution No. 27 for 2022 in connection with agreements with various towing companies to provide towing and storage services. Resolution No. 109 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Guth DeConzo Consulting Engineers, P.C. in connection with commissioning services for the heating improvement project at the William K. Sanford Library. Resolution No. 110 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Paradigm Environmental, LLC in connection with asbestos monitoring services for the heating improvement project at the William K. Sanford Library. Resolution No. 111 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 112 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Addendum to the Agreement with the City of Albany Fire Department. Resolution No. 113 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Addendum to the Agreement with the Albany County Sheriff’s Office. Resolution No. 114 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with National Grid in connection with a gas meter regulation upgrade at 538 Loudon Road. Resolution No. 115 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services to provide the Emergency Medical Services Department with general liability and professional liability coverage through TDC Specialty Insurance Company. Resolution No. 116 appointing Megan Baker to the Planning Board. Resolution No. 117 appointing Sarah Delaney Vero as a member of the Significant Environmental Areas Management Appeals Board (SEAMAB) and the Flood Plains Management Appeals Board for the calendar year 2022. Resolution No. 118 appointing Tina Mesiti-Céas as a member of the Town of Colonie Conservation Advisory Council. Resolution No. 119 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Lease Agreement with National Business Technologies in connection with a Kyocera Copier for the Town Attorney’s Office.
